TERMS OF SERVICE & PRIVACY POLICY
Shipping
You agree to ship all items to us at your own expense & risk. We are not responsible for undelivered packages, as well as lost, stolen and damaged items. We are also not responsible for delayed packages. We will ship it with the service that you selected at checkout. If you are concerned with shipping time, we recommend selecting UPS because they are more reliable then USPS.
It is your responsibility to insure your package. Your shipping expense is not refundable, no exceptions. If a refund is to be issued anytime in the future, it will only include the service cost you paid to us – Electronic Restore, your shipping expense will not be reimbursed.
We ship all of the items back insured for up to $50. It is your responsibility to request higher coverage in WRITTEN FORM. We are not responsible for any undelivered packages to you, as well as lost, stolen and damaged items. Any shipping paid at checkout is to cover return shipping. You are responsible to send it to us at your expense.
Turnaround
We typically repair and send back within 24 business hours of receiving the item. However, if we run into issues repairing the item, the turnaround time can be extended depending on how severe the issues are. Also, expect delays if you have not paid for the service online, paid the wrong amount or did not include the required information in the box(order #, name, contact info, etc).
International Orders
All international orders are subject to paying shipping both ways along with ALL import and export taxes. In the event that you have an issue with the repaired item you will be responsible for paying shipping both ways AGAIN(no exceptions).
Repairs
The repair of your items is carried out by our highly trained & ER-Certified technicians. They follow strict regulations set by Electronic Restore. However, human-errors occur. For this reason, our 100% guarantee is valid to the point of granting a full refund. The maximum reversal for any purchase or "order" you're placing with us, is equal to the total cost paid to us – Electronic Restore. You understand and agree not to pursue any legal action, or personal demand, or any claims of any kind that is greater than the cost you paid to us for the services. We are not responsible for any missing property pertaining to the original contents shipped to us. Including bolts, nuts, screws, wiring harness, plugs, and etc.
Be sure to properly diagnose your issue to determine that the part needs to be serviced before sending it in. Most items we service have intermittent issues, most of the time they will work fine when testing on the bench. If it tests fine on the bench, we will go ahead and service it anyway, going over all the common areas of failure. If your issues persist, there is likely another problem on the vehicle, wiring, sensors, BCM, CEM, PCM etc. We guarantee that the part is tested before shipping and will NOT issue refunds if you later determine that the part did not need to be serviced in the first place.
All of our repair services have a limited 1 year warranty (unless otherwise stated in the description). Warranty covers the specific issues listed in our description.
In the event you are not happy with our service and your unit still does not work we can offer you a refund. Subsequently refunds will NOT be given until the unit has been sent back for further testing and repairs. Under the decision of Electronic Restore that it is not repairable will you be given a refund.
Liability & Safety
Proper service and repair procedures are vital to the safe and reliable operation of all motor vehicles as well as the personal safety of those performing the repairs/installations and are not the responsibility of Electronic Restore. Standard safety procedures and precautions (including the use of safety goggles and proper tools and equipment and exact compliance with the instructions included with products) are strongly recommended at all times to limit the possibility of personal injury or death or improper service which could damage the vehicle or compromise its safety. Electronic Restore is not responsible for any cost associated with third-party services, and expenses including shipping, installations, diagnostics, mechanical work and any service related to SRS components. Electronic Restore is not liable for any risk-threatening situations including cost, personal injury, death and/or anything associated within.
Communications
All communications between you and Electronic Restore, including, but not limited to, phone, e-mail, fax, direct in-person, physical/verbal, imagery/photos, graphically or in written form of any kind, immediately becomes the property of Electronic Restore. Most of the time, such information will only be used to help with the repair process.
Privacy
We know that you care how information about you is used and shared. As part of our commitment to customer service, Electronic Restore strives to make you feel safe and comfortable doing business with us. Here are some guidelines we follow to keep your personal information private. Electronic Restore reserves the right to modify this information at any time in our sole discretion without notice.
Electronic Restore may collect certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, address, telephone number, and email address. Electronic Restore may also collect your credit card information and billing address when you provide Electronic Restore with such information.
The Web Site may use third party products and services to gather anonymous traffic statistics using cookies and web beacons. A cookie is a small piece of information stored with your browser that helps web sites and multiple servers recognize you. Electronic Restore and its third party service providers may also use pixels, or transparent GIF files, for web site management and user tracking.
Electronic Restore transmits non-personally identifiable user information about visitors to the servers of reputable third parties for the purpose of targeting its internet banner advertisements on other sites. To do this, Electronic Restore uses web beacons in conjunction with cookie level data.
